About Order
Q: Do I have to be registered to place an order?
A: Yes, you must create an account. Creating an account gives you access to greater features and functionality including: order management, lists, BOM Manager and more.
Q: Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?
A: Yes, we will send you an Order Confirmation email once your order is placed.
Q: Will I receive tracking information for my order?
A: Yes, we will send you an Order Shipped email once your shipment leaves our warehouse. We will provide you with the tracking number.
Q: Can I cancel an order once it has been submitted?
A: If the products you have ordered are not NCNR, you can request to cancel your order using our online form.
Q: How can I submit a return?
A: If the products you have ordered are not NCNR and were purchased less than 90 days ago you may submit a return request using our online form.
About Testing
Q:What tests will all the goods go through before shipment?
A:All the products we sell are 100% original and brand new. Generally, our QC will conduct quality inspection before leaving the warehouse, and arrange logistics after confirming that there is no problem. Please let us know if you need any help with testing.
