Warranty Policy
1.All easybuyic products purchased are covered by a 90-day easybuyic warranty against any manufacturing defects.
2.Easybuyic does not accept any return requests for non-quality reasons, this warranty does not apply to any item that is defective due to improper assembly by the customer, failure to follow the instructions by the customer, product modification, negligence or improper operation.
Return&Refund
1.Easybuyic does not accept return requests if it is not due to quality reasons.
2.Please check all the delivered packages of tour orders, if there are any problems with hte delivered products,please contact customer service to complain.
3.Return requests should be submitted within 30 days from the date of the parcel being delivered,please send theeasybuyic order number,pictures of products and labels,and detailed problem descriptions.
4.If your package did not arrive successfully and is comfirmed to have been lost in transit,easybuyic will refund.The delivery time can be influenced by extreme weather,post office delay,customs clearance,local protest,strikes,epidemics,and other force majeure factors.In this case,easybuyic is not responsible for any delay caused but will provide all possible support needed.
5.Easybuyic won't refund customers if products are returned without authorization due to customers' reasons,and the return cost should be paid by customers.
